Aaron Gale unfortunately went home, but AJ finally decided that he had enough diuretics in him to pee, and he peed enough that he’s been in a much better mood and we’ve even been able to knock down his vent settings, working on getting him off the nitric again, which should be done by the morning. His feeds were also restarted using skim breastmilk. He hasn’t had the chylous drainage, but they still prefer to stay ahead of the curve, just in case.
Anyway, no big news to report, we will just keep trucking song for now. Thank you to everyone for the well wishes and prayers, we’ve definitely been feeling them! 💕
