by So this isn’t quite how we had planned to spend AJs 2nd Birthday, but… I think the hospital had more pulled together for his birthday this year than I did. Heck I didn’t even manage to put together a long eloquent Facebook post about what a miracle he is!
Kudos to the hospital staff for all that they do! And Aaron Gale too. He made sure AJs elephant was on the door.
Also thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes, and the well wishes!
AJ is still inpatient as he’s requiring 6L of oxygen still. They did a trach change this morning because he was plugging up. The hope is to try to work it down tonight to see how that goes. Here’s to hoping we have some success!
